FFL Agency: a good joke

The agency FFL (Christopher L ambert RÉDÉRIC Raillard F and F arid Mokarta) organized a contest sandwich earlier this year for his client good seed. Some bloggers (including me) have participated or just relayed the contest, now that I have received my lot I'm going to let me go on providing the agency FFL

Agence FFL

It is simply outrageous to see a transaction billed tens of thousands of euros can be managed so as chaotic ... Apparently everything seems clean (superb site etc..), But once you enter the contest things spoil.

The contest allowed to win a digital camera and printer each week (by a jury, voting not so used to nothing ...). At the end of the competition (even 14 weeks qd) a jury selects the winner who will receive a Macbook.

I decided to participate in the operation with a superb sandwich Pacman wins the contest and intermediate (APN + printer). An employee of FFL contact me to tell me that I won and asked me if I had used cheese sandwich kitchen. Oh no I used the Laughing Cow sorry-_-....

Sandwich cooking

So far nothing too serious, a few weeks later (my sandwich prances in mind votes of thanks to family and colleagues) I get an email telling me the winner of the contest of the week. FFL decides to announce the Overnight the winner to all registrants. Have they forgotten before? What made me smile kindly, is that all recipients were visible ... FFL copy therefore its mailings with Outlook? Brace yourself because it's not over. The email sent is not legible, there is a semblance of html code. My mother, having registered to vote, replied very graciously that his mail is not legible and it is requested to make the (long) list of carbon copy recipients. The sender does not bother to reply with an apology but returns a second mailing with a screenshot (image4.PNG please ...) that we should see, and of course all of the copy recipients visible ..

We noticed at the opening of the screenshot (it could have taken the trouble to appoint jpeg and otherwise) that the mail contains a poor image and a few lines of text (this gift) .

You'll also notice that I received my package yesterday (January 29) while the contest is over since November 11 ... (I will spare you the "errors")

I am amused to dissect the operation in detail and found that it was really great no matter what (media plan etc. ..). I am not surprised when other colleagues tell me about a bad experience with them ...

It is because of agencies like that as customers become increasingly cautious and we are totally picked it up from our neighbors in interactive advertising ...

I hope that those involved will fall on this ticket (both the client and the agency FFL)

This is NOT a bill sponsored

  • Well ok some pbs techniques but admits that the idea of competition is sympatoche sandwiches (and your sandwich is also well)? Then we can tap into agencies such as who you say are in the wrong business, but we can also say that this market is undergoing testing and being a bit lenient with beginners, right? For me where it is really a big mistake in what you say, it is especially in relationship management: it has the right to have pbs technical but not to treat its "participants" as the meat pie ... If you have a problem prevents it, and it also applies to the client ... I do not know why but it's always better that way ;-)

Really interesting analysis of your campaign!
I am a student in Comm and climb a box as an alternative to other mates. Our goal is to transform the vision of advertising into something fun : mrgreen:

Considering the care they provided to the site, the AC has already cost them a lot. It'sa shame that the public contacts are not up.

In addition, Rule No. 1 of buzz: Only the first contact costs.
We must cherish those who bother to participate : razz:

I wonder what is the most Marant errors FFL, or having your NPC waited for their ch ** r ** on the gu.

  • I think it means to wait to receive the gift of speaking before the opera! You were afraid of being blacklisted? If it was a competition there was bailiff behind them so that you shit on his face before or after does not change anything ...

The only error in the story seems to me to be managing customer relationships. Is-it deserved all this? Not sure ...

Your gift that thou hast November 30 or January 30 chane he something? You had promised that they would receive the gift you November 22 (date to pif)?

  • Roycod, it's actually more the receipt of gift that reminded me that I had to write a post about this mishap ...

2months to send a gift that is not brilliant at effectiveness. Would you like that you give your gifts Annovi 2months after? (I caricature)

Especially when it's gear that expires as soon as a NPC and a printer ...

Anyway the debate is not there, this is about an agency that does not respect its annoneurs by half the job ...

  • Bah is not anniv gifts so the comparison is misplaced. It speaks of a gift gracefully when an exact date is not announced (which I infer from your non-response). You can not compare a birthday in a competition on the Net. Or compare and Publicis YTY ;)

As the dates of the various competitions in which I could participate and win something, the general period of six weeks is well packed, so that within two months does not surprise me. Do not expect to receive within 48H as when you order at FNAC ...

But the ticket you would have written before the present, I do not understand ... You tell me that you waited two months, you really had to rethink this operation for two months not?

  • It is true that I've rethought but waiting the end of history to write the ticket. I was hoping maybe a few words to accompany the gift ...

  • @ Roycod "Or compare and Publicis YTY" You're sick! It is not balanced: Publicis does not cut it! We will not speak ill of an agency already on their knees : twisted:

I quite agree with Romain .. Ethics first.
Even though ... I would perceive A bit of resentment?

Bottom line, rigor and discipline that devil! The minimum of respect for the customer as well as for the advertiser.
